QUESTION: How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: OMG drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! Unfortunately, the game trailer can not go in driveways.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: The OMG Game Coach will help and instruct the kids. We make sure it’s the ultimate OMG party experience!
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, cold or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we'll be there.
QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is a half hour to one hour before our arrival time. This will allow guests time to eat first, and see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: The Game Coach will arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time, to set up and be ready for your party.
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: OMG will bring our full game library to every event, and your Game Coach will ensure player appropriate games are available. Kids will not have access to certain games without parental consent.
QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for exceptional service is a great idea, but not required.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online. Otherwise, your date and time is not reserved and/or confirmed.
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: We need a standard water hose connection with running water and a power supply both within 100 feet of where we will be.
Q: What kind of space do you need?
A: Not much really, we can accommodate most yards, driveways and parking lots. We use a foam-matic cannon that can concentrate on a small area or a large area up to 35’x35′.
Q: What kind of surface can this be done on?
A: Just about any surface will do including pavement, grass or artificial turf but we don’t recommend a dirt field or a muddy mess is likely to happen.
Q: Do you play music?
A: Indeed, we bring a JBL 310 speaker that is bluetooth and USB compatible.
Q: Should kids wear goggles?
A: Although it is not necessary, it is not a bad idea, especially for younger kids under 6. The foam is hypo-allergenic but it may irritate kids with sensitive eyes.
We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. It’s Bio-degradable, Non-Staining, Non-toxic and Hypoallergenic! It’s also safe for babies, pets, the environment including lawns and gardens.
Our foam is made up of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerol and water. These are also the main ingredient used in things like shampoo, dish soap and even tooth paste but without the additional chemicals and perfumes.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), A Cleaning agent and Surfactant, is an ingredient in many personal care and cleaning products. SLS is derived from natural resources like coconut and palm kernel oil.
Multiple Scientific bodies have reviewed SLS as an ingredient in persona care and cleaning products and determined its typical use in these applications to be safe for both consumer and the environment.
The US Food and drug Administration (FDA) includes SLS on its list of multipurpose additives allowed as a direct food additive.
